No. We offer trauma-informed coaching, guided practices, and educational resources for inner-child and emotional wellbeing work. We're not a substitute for licensed therapy or crisis care, and we'll always point you toward a clinician when that's the right call.
Not at all. A lot of meaningful healing happens through your body and present-day patterns. We work with where you are now, gently, without forcing memory.
Most people start with a free call so we can understand what you're carrying and what would actually help. From there it might be 1:1 work, a small circle, or simply our guided reading, whatever fits your pace.
