Our story

A small studio built around one stubborn belief.

That good information and gentle care shouldn't be hard to find, and that healing works better when it's patient, clear, and genuinely kind.

A caring adult embraces a joyful child in a soft meadow, representing reconnection and healing.

Since 2016

We started with the resources we wished we'd had.

Hearthlight began as a handful of carefully written guides for people doing inner-child and emotional-recovery work on their own. People kept writing back, so it grew into a studio: circles, one-to-one work, and a library that still tries to answer the real question behind the question.

We're independent and reader-first. Everything we publish or practice has to pass a simple test, does this actually help the person in front of us feel a little more at home in themselves?

See how we work

What we hold to

Four things we won't compromise.

01

Safety first

Consent-led, reversible, paced to your nervous system. Nothing is forced.

02

Plain honesty

Clear language, the answer up front, no jargon walls or false promises.

03

Real method

Reparenting, somatic and reflective practices drawn from trauma-informed work.

04

Genuine care

A real person reads, replies, and remembers. You're not a ticket here.

The people

Small on purpose.

A studio you can actually reach. The same hands that write the guides hold the sessions.
